The client came to us with a Mercedes W213 and a clear goal: achieve an OEM+ effect, meaning ambient lighting that feels like a factory premium feature, but looks brighter and more modern after dark.
During the consultation we defined three priorities: an even light line, convenient in-car control and a clean interior finish without random aftermarket-looking details.
During the project we removed the necessary interior trim, prepared clean wire routing paths and installed the lighting in the door sections, dashboard and selected decorative zones.
The system was then configured so the client could use multiple colors and scenes while keeping the final effect refined and appropriate for the class of the vehicle. The goal was not aggressive LED tuning, but a cohesive premium cabin feel.
We also enabled retractable Burmester speakers, which further strengthened the premium character of the build and brought the car closer to higher factory trim expectations.
The biggest challenge in this type of job is not simply fitting LEDs, but achieving smooth light output, clean geometry and proper integration with the interior. Those details are what make ambient lighting look professional rather than improvised.
